#18831: grubs waits for hw flow on serial port

When booting x86 generic on soekris net4x01, grub will not draw boot menu
unless a terminal is connected or hw leads CD,CTS and DSR are active. Thus
headless does not work. Verified with "blind" plug and ctl leads only
active. Kernel does not care, so just get past grub.
