More investigations today. It seems there is actually something strange
going on with the soekris serial port. Today I tested with only three
wires connected, ground, TX and RX, so control leads disconnected. The box
booted up, no problems, but will NOT boot if I disconnect RX. Thus there
is something strange going on in the hw. I tried to close this ticket, but
do not get the option.
