Maybe you all should get Qualcomm to implement this properly rather than
trying to coerce the OpenWrt developers into it. If Qualcomm gets it in
the mainline kernel, and does it in the right way so that it doesn't break
other things (e.g. netfilter), then that makes it easy for OpenWrt devs.
The devs here have made it clear that they're not chasing this down at
this point. This benefits Qualcomm in terms of OEM that may want to use
this, so there is potentially motivation for them.
