 Sorry this went to my Junk folder - I have resolved that issue now. The
 only confirmation I had was I could no longer see the neighbor devices
 connected - I assumed they weren't able to see my wifi any more - when I
 reverted back they were seen again. I could do a further test however I
 feel confident it was actual power difference.

 The device is DIR-835 which I have purchased because it had same wifi chip
 as TP-1035 which was able to transmit at 24dBm -

 That's interesting about switching it back to country US because I had it
 set as BO (bolivia) so that it would let me set it past 20dBm
