#19144: r44651 unstable, several problems (lantiq/Buffalo WBMR-HP-G300H)

Several stability problems not present in r43143. Absolutely the same
configuration.
1) Load average jumped from ~1.72 to ~3.5-4.0
2) System log: daemon.err uhttpd[2079]: sh: write error: Broken pipe
3) Main overview page in LuCI won't update ("collecting data")
4) ddns doesn't work, wget fails (it does work in r43143)
5) WAN (DSL) disconnects randomly, approximately every 15-20 hours. It
takes a longer than usual time to reconnect.
Maybe I'd better make separate tickets? I think all these issues are
connected, so I won't spam the system unless some admin/expert advises me
to. I will gladly perform any suggested tests.
I am enclosing an excerpt of my system log.
