#19192: lantiq/Buffalo WBMR-HP-G300H high loadaverage leads to multitude of
problems

Commit 44346 makes the router jump from a loadaverage of 0.something to
3.something.
- With this commit it's almost impossible to do a dsl_control status. (
takes about 10 minutes )
- Luci overview page does not update
- the router is sluggish
- DSL takes a long time to sync.
I nailed this down to commit 44346. a build of 44345 or prior works
perfectly. Any build past 44346 ( or 44346 ) exibits this problem.
All these problems seem to come from this particular commit.
