#19371: actiontec gt784 problems

1. Barrier Breaker 14.07: USB doesn't work. Tried uhci, ohci, ehci;
nothing works.
Symptoms: Can't get lsusb to work. "unable to initialize libusb: -99".
Even with all of the scsi & usb storage & block-mount packages loaded,
listing /dev shows no /dev/sda, no /dev/sdb, etc.
Without USB, I can't get USB storage to work. Without USB storage, I
can't get extroot to work.
I know that the GT784 HW itself works, because with the factory firmware,
USB flash drives (FAT, NTFS) work.
2. The current trunk (3/30/2015) won't boot on the gt784 at all. It
crashes back to CFE. I'm worried about this, because it means that bugs
have been introduced into the trunk that weren't in 14.07.
3. Can't find the appropriate Attitude Adjustment firmware to try.
