 I applied the patch to our OpenWRT firmware but there seems to be a
 problem with the eth0 interface afterwards. After the patch is applied the
 eth0 interface seems to be up but no packets are going out are are
 received. Also the LED "LAN1" on the loco xw is permanently off.
 I will attach the dmesg output of a patched firmware and unpatched
 firmware. Maybe you have a look at it. One difference in the output is the
 missing "eth0: link up (100Mbps/Full duplex)" line when running the
 patched kernel.
