#20395: Can't update packages feed on Attitude Adjustment

In the file branches/packages_12.09/libs/clearsilver/Makefile, the 'ë'
letter of the word Raphaël makes grep thinks it's a binary files (my grep
version is 2.21, running on Debian testing/stretch).
So the './scripts/feeds update packages' fails with the following messages
grep: feeds/packages/Binary: No such file or directory
grep: file: No such file or directory
grep: matches/Makefile: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target 'feeds/packages/Binary', needed by
'/home/projects/openwrt/12.09/feeds/packages.tmp/info/.packageinfo-
Binary'. Stop.
