 Hello all.

 According to section "Start/Stop Wireless" of
 [http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/uci/wireless], it is possible to
 enable/disable a single Wi-Fi card without writing to flash or without
 disrupting communications on other Wi-Fi cards.

 Although, doing wifi down wlan1 on Attitude Adjustment (12.09) with ath9k,
 following error appears:
 {{{
 wlan1(): Interface type not supported
 }}}

 On Barrier Breaker (14.07) with ath5k, doing wifi down wlan0, following
 error appears:
 {{{
 Command failed: Not found
 wlan0(): Interface type not supported
 }}}

 Enable/disable individual Wi-Fi card on LuCI works.

 Thanks.
