It didn't work if you had just used "ip" and not "ip-full". I have
recompiled with ip-full and now it works again. I had normal non full ip
before, and it always worked, seems there was some change to it? Also
using the ip command seemed to use busybox ip and it didnt know the ip
rule command, and I had to use "/usr/bin/ip rule".

I read the initial ticket but I didnt understood what you meant with what
you wrote. Do you mean that "make menuconfig" doesnt automatically select
"kmod-sched" as dependency if you select ip-full? I had kmod-sched
selected of course in my config manually always before, so that wasnt an
issue.
