#20954: r47541 makes WRT1900ac mamba unaccessable

After reverting that commit, all works as expected. I guess the special
switch settings can not work in new board detection framework.
ucidef_add_switch "switch0" "1" "1"
ucidef_add_switch_vlan "switch0" "1" "0 1 2 3 5"
ucidef_add_switch_vlan "switch0" "2" "4 6"
It may use old code to generate switch settings in /etc/config/network,
unfortunately, the new code won't work.
