It's not selected by default, you will have to select it manually and
that's why vdsl_fw_install.sh still exists.
Till now, it's even not confirmed that there is an issue with the firmware
version extracted by vdsl_fw_install.sh and the new drivers. It's just
that some stranger reported something like that, without providing more
details.
