#21628: Missing ralink router in "make menuconfig" but existing when build all

The Zyxel NBG-419N is a supported device. The profile is somehow missing
in make menuconfig. I cant choose it separately like many other devices. I
have to build the images for ALL Ralink 3x5x devices to get the images for
the Zyxel NBG-419N.
