#21804: tl-wr1043nd-v3 missing packages

I think the issue is because the kernel is
4.1.15-1-395182ec0ee23ad60130ba4d16a3a108 but the packages are for 4.1.16.
Not all packages fail, but in particular I need kmod-tun and some others
for openvpn to work. Please help. to mention a few others for luci-app-qos
Collected errors:
