#21892: Oxnas pincontrol (GPIO) does not work

Some Oxnas devices have RTC behind GPIO driven I2C driver.
It seems to find RTC (at least I2C reports some device found at correct
address), but nothing can be read or written.
I suppose this is some kind of an initialization problem, because it works
well if warmbooted from original old 2.6.x kernel. Cold boot makes RTC
unfunctional.
