 Actually after a closer look I don't believe it's a duplicate. They are
 talking about a 10Mb/s connection and I don't. Also they are point out
 that the entire switch is slowing down to 10Mb/s and in my case it's only
 an internet connection (and it's slowing to 20Mb/s not 10Mb/s). I just
 tested their theory and my switch does not slow down to 100Mb/s when
 connecting a 100Mb/s device to it.

 So it is my understanding that those two problems are unrelated. Please
 revise your statement.
