#21951: Not able to checkout openwrt trunk thorugh svn

Hi
I am using ubuntu 14.04 64- bit. Here when I try to checkout the openwrt
trunk using the following command
svn export --force --quiet -r36189 svn://svn.openwrt.org/openwrt/trunk .
While executing I'm getting the error message saying "connection refused".
I tried to open that link in browser "404 Page not found".
Kindly help me to checkout the sources using svn.
