This driver has known problems with big endian systems.

Please use trunk or build your own version of OpenWrt CC which already has
more recent drivers for this device fixing some of the Big endian
problems.
If this problem still exists with trunk please reopen this ticket or talk
directly to Larry Finger the upstream maintainer of rtl8192cu.
