#22155: network name changes after adding alias

adding network alias changes the name of a network it's added to, for
example from wlan0_1 to cfg194d6a. trying to rename it back to wlan0_1
gives the message:
uci: Parse error (section of different type overwrites prior section with
same name) at line 106, byte 23
this is a problem when checking routing tables in luci, especially for
people who manage many interfaces.
