Currently openwrt uses outdated data for Asia/Baku time zone. This leads
to incorrect system time.
This year, Azerbaijan has abandoned practice of "daylight saving time" so
there was no timezone correction at this autumn.
The result is: system clocks are gain by 1 hour (i.e. 6.00AM when it
should be 5.00AM, etc).
