"make menuconfig" is a bit confusing when it comes to distinguishing
between "Local mirror for source packages" and "Download folder". if
i have an independent, out-of-tree directory that's already full of
tarballs that i can use when building my own images, i typically set
the config variable "DOWNLOAD_FOLDER" to that directory name and it
works fine.
so what is the purpose of the config variable LOCALMIRROR? thanks.
