BTW, with the ASUS card in there, running "wifi detect" generates
absolutely nothing.  but should i be surprised by that, since i built
an image allegedly with atheros wifi support, but there's a
broadcom-based mini PCI card in there.  so isn't that why i should
*expect* to get no output under these circumstances?  or am i messing
something up here?
