I note the Edimax NS-1500N support is very very new, and that flashing
the device is potentially high risk, according to this page.

I presume one could boot from a USB device which would be low risk. It
would be great if someone could upload binary images required to boot a
rootfs (and any other fs) for easy experimentation .... hint hint ;-)
Some brief instructions on how to boot it too would be nice :)
Also, it would be good to upload the original firmware image as a
backup, just in case "someone" was to screw up flashing the device :)
