We are looking at getting a Netgear WNDR3700 and connecting it to a Verizon 4G LTE USB "USB551l" modem which has the "mdm9600" chipset. Has anyone used one of these with success? We are looking to setup a portable "lab" to demonstrate several ereaders and how to download books to them without needing to use a fixed internet connection. The Verizon rep recommends the Cradlepoint MBR1400, but at $300+ for that device, we would like to find a cheaper alternative and we will need a box running OpenWRT/WiFiDog behind it anyway.
