After much internal debate, my cheapness won out and I will be setting up an 
older laptop (P4) with IPCop, DansGuardian and Update Accelerator rather than 
getting a 3700.
Long past time to retire the Belkin that keeps forgetting to give out IP 
addresses and adding a caching proxy for Windows Updates will be nice too.
