Backfire Interim Release 1 (10.03.1).
TrendNet TEW-652BRP 1.1R - http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/trendnet/tew632brp

I need thsi router to be merely a switch for another, main router (i mean
wires,
Wi-Fi is off).

With stock FW that typically been achieved on many routers by disabling DHCP
and
sticking external router into LANx port.
That caused packets to propagate all-to-
all bypassing main router CPU and TCP stack.

However, it seems OpenWRT does not have drivers to program Ethernet switch as
an
autonomous chips. Well, let it be.
Still i wonder how can i configure OpenWRt to
make all wired ports (WAN, LAN1-LAN4) sharing the same subnet as my another
main
router. I do not want OpenWRT to create
yet another nested NAT, i just want it to
provide me extra Ethernet ports in a distant room.
