Take a look at Carambola (rt3050) from 8devices. It does even have a JTAG. You
don't want off the shelf product if you would like to buy it in > 1 year
anyway.  It's not guaranteed of course, but 8devices claims, that it should be
available for the next 5 years. And they've now in preparation Carambola Nano
which is based on AR9331.
