Hello,
we've got trouble getting ftrace to work. Does openwrt support tracing
at all?
We tried the malta qemu target as well as the x86 one. And even though
the tracing folder in debugfs is there, there is no output in trace
after enabling the function tracer. Only the header is written but no
actual data is captured. We are using the latest trunk.
Did anyone manage to trace in openWrt successfully?
Best regards,
Signe

Hi,
actually ftrace on MIPS32 seems to be broken. see
http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel/1420616
You could try with an older kernel, i managed to use ftrace with linux
3.0 building modules as static.
