The wiki, located at http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wr1043nd, has
confused me after reading it. While reading on how to install OpenWRT on the
device, it is confusing and at times contradicts itself. The section I am
mostly referring to is the WAN Port Bug / Bootloader downgrade section.
According to the wiki, HWv1.8+ needs the downgrade in order for the WAN port to
function after installing OpenWRT. However it then also states v1.10 does not
need it. But then again it states that ALL models v1.8 and above need it. Which
is it? Or is it even needed anymore with 12.09? And if it is 'fixed' or does
not occur with v1.10, does v1.11 also not need the downgrade? Or is there
something else entirely?
Furthermore, what about Hardware Revision v2.X? They exist, but there is no
information on the page. Does it have any special instructions needed in order
for it to function correctly? Does it even have support in OpenWRT?
