I'd suspect that as it would appear that 'testing' most hardware RNG's on the market is pretty difficult even at the enterprise level, unless you're the fabricator of the RNG itself or the device is fully open[1], it's either a moot point for domestic grade stuff or the answer is no (depending on one's PoV).

EG, apparently no one knows what the RPi has inside it for RNG. Because Broadcom (stated by Cheetham in the cited short talk from LCA2014)

Cheetham says he's working on an Open RNG, and he cites another project (the video of which I've yet to watch) that is looking at using noise from DVB-T adaptors to do funky stuff.
