In order to use IPv6, you must have an address starting 2000-3fff (globally
routable IPv6 address).  The fe80 address can be used as the default
gateway, but your outgoing packets must contain a source address with a
globally unique address, which I don't see here.  Turn on your dhcp v6
client so you pick up a globally routable address (your ISP should be
broadcasting).
