Hi Martin,

Looks like you simultaneously removed some docs of general interest,
like how to enable utf-8 support in popular databases. Dr. Pala has done
the same at the openca.org. So at the moment docs like these are gone
altogether. Sure we can read mans anew, but those were handy at least
for me.

Also, during concentrating on docs writing, do you think it is a good
idea to delete good old documentation related to ver 092 of the openca?
Can you find it on the openca.org? I can not.
