sorry, I did not mean to throw away important information - I guess I  
was too liberal in removing the /legay directory. I will recover it  
today.

I have no issues with hosting the old documentation for 0.9.2.  
Frankly, I did not look at the OpenCA site at all, I simply assumed  
the OpenCA project manager would retain this information on his site.  
Strange enough that he doesn't.

Again, sorry for the possible too extensive cleanup.
