Hello all,
I've been trying to set up openxpki for use with scep. I'm setting it up
on Ubuntu trusty which I realize is currently not supported, but
everything seems to be working fine except for the webgui.
I have first used the openxpki distribution which installs using the
usual apt-get install command. I created the correct databases and they
populated fine using the shellscript provided. The openxpkictl start
command works fine.
The problem I encountered was trying to connect to the webgui. At first
nothing got run at all, which turned out to be due to the fact that I
had no webui.fcgi. After getting the latest version from the git and
installing it in the correct place I get the openXPKI logo on the
website and the grey band, but no login.
Looking at the debug in firefox gives me the following errors:
Security wrapper denied access to property isNamespace on privileged
Javascript object. Support for exposing privileged objects to untrusted
content via __exposedProps__ is being gradually removed - use WebIDL
bindings or Components.utils.cloneInto instead. Note that only the first
denied property access from a given global object will be reported.
main-built.js:20677:0
not well-formed webui.fcgi:1:2
not well-formed webui.fcgi:1:2
Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead.
The first and the last seem to actually be warning other then errors.
Any help or pointer to the correct source of info would be welcome.
Thank you,
Drf
