This indicates that you get a wrong url for the menu, it should be bootstrap!structure which should be translated to init_structure. I am unable to reproduce the problem but we are doing heavy work in the head at the moment so you might just have a broken config.
Might it be possible that you use a debian wheezy and the provided packages for testing or provide ssh access to the box so I can have a look at it.
