Hello everyone, I need your assistance with an issue. Specifically, when I request a new certificate, the email authorization isn't sent, although all other emails are functioning correctly. I have OpenXPKI deployed on Docker, and recently, emails for OpenXPKI haven't been working for the `enroll_approval_pending` SMTP workflow. Other email notifications are working fine, as confirmed with the command:
openxpkiclisend_notification --arg message=testmail --param notify_to=frederico.pimen...@carmedialab.com<mailto:notify_to=frederico.pimen...@carmedialab.com> [cid:image001.png@01DB0944.7591D800] Currently, the Docker logs show the following: - On startup: `openxpki-server_1 | Too late to run CHECK block at /usr/share/perl5/IO/Prompt.pm line 321.` - At execution time: `openxpki-server_1 | UTF-8 "\xA4" does not map to Unicode at /usr/share/perl5/OpenXPKI/FileUtils.pm line 102.` I’m running System Version 3.18.2 (openxpki3).
