I agree, this should be added.

A logo for opm would be nice, submodules maybe not necessary.

What about a "development" main menu item? It could contain "Report a bug", 
"How to contribute" etc. similar to the Dune webpage.

I am going to implement some of these changes myself, give me a day or two.
