I therefore propose that the next release will be 2014.05, and finished in May.
This will also let us finish much of the work on the fully implicit simulators
that is happening now, and integrate the opm-parser work more thoroughly.

Please voice your opinions on this, and also about what features/fixes you
think we should add before the release (in addition to things that are already
merged).

My strong opinion is that we should postpone the next release until 2014.10. My
impression has been that the previous releases have required a quite
significant effort, and in the current situation I think that effort should be
focused on Norne instead of a binary release.

I do not know much about releases and packaging, but I would assume it should
be possible to integrate the creation of packages in a continuous integration
job. When we have that established the technical fighting effort related to
releases should be significantly reduced.
