At least (I now believe), MLTFLT (at least when used in the GRID section), can be supported within the framework of the MULTX/MULTX- etc., since it only modifies those values. That means that we do not need any special treatment of FAULTS beyond the parser, since it can internalise these multipliers, and the downstream code need only look at the (ijk) tuples of each face's neighbour cells to determine the correct multipliers.
