The release of OPM Flow 2025.04 is now completed!

After RC3 some minor non-functional changes were backported to the final
release.

Git tags have also been added to OPM tests such that it can be updated and
still be synchronized with the other repositories. This will avoid blocking
updates to the master branch that affect the regression tests for the next
release.

The OPM project website has also been updated with an announcement, see
https://opm-project.org/?p=1881

Thank you all for your contributions to OPM Flow - contributions of new
features, bugfixes, performance improvements, reporting of issues and all other
efforts that make OPM Flow what it is!

A personal thank you to Bård Skaflestad, Arne Morten Kvarving, and Atgeirr
Rasmussen for assisting me in my work as release manager.

Best Regards,
