I just installed newton congress and configured following congress README.rst . I also edited ceilometer configuration in order to make ceilometer send notifications to aodh, but this mis-configuration could be a result of post-script failure with debug=true in apex. It seems Apex would integrate newton in this month, so this virtual pod will be out-of-dated soon.
