Hi Team,

I've just finished the tagging for danube.1.0 on Parser repo, and I want to
inform you about my decision on the project leadership.

It has been my honor to serve as the caretaking PTL for Parser since the
very beginning of the project. With the help of all our contributors and
committers alike, Parser has grown from a simple integration project that
provide a simple translation functionality, to a full fledged project that
has provided various functionalities on template translation as well as
pre-validation.

I still remembered how we add the yang2tosca in B release, how we have
folks from Domino to help on the policy2tosca in C release, and how we have
the wonderful verigraph team from Itlay Durin Polytech to come onboard and
a new microservice gateway designed for D release.

Aside of the technical works, we also have laid grounds for our project
governance structure. We are among very few projects that actually have a
governance document that describe how we want to promote a contributor to a
committer role.

It has been an amazing journey for me, both personally and technically. I
hope these past two years I have contributed as I thought I would to the
project that help Parser to grow as all other team members wanted. However
as a firm believer of custom and tradition (and common law system in large
:P), and also taking into account that I have been occupied with too many
other tasks that prevent me from fully engaging in Parser's work, I think 2
years would be enough for a caretaking PTL to serve, and that is why I
decide to step down from PTL position starting E release. It is time for a
new leadership to shepherd the team.

I'm confident that whoever the next PTL might be would do a better and
greater job than I could. I'm hereby calling for the election for the next
PTL, and hope that our current committers are willing to nominate
themselves.

At the mean time before the new PTL is elected, I will serve as the interim
lead and handle all the necessary matters.

Thank you very much and best wishes.
