Hello Srikanth,

Danube is using ODL Boron which had some issues when removing the
classification rules. Unfortunately, those rules are not correctly
removed and that creates a small mess which results in problems when
creating new rules. You should not see this problem if you have a clean
ODL but if you have created several classifiers and tried to remove
them, you might see it.

Do you see any error in ODL logs when creating the classifier
