Jenkins Upgrade : Scheduled

Jenkins is being migrated to a new server running CentOS 7, and being
upgraded to the newest LTS version.
2 hours prior to the upgrade, Jenkins will be put into shutdown mode in
order for all jobs to complete. Any jobs not finished by this time will
be aborted and retriggered after the upgrade.
Jenkins will still be served at https://build.opnfv.org/ci, and no
changes to the agents should be required to reconnect.
Per Jenkins' upgrade guide for 2.60.x, Java 1.8 is now a requirement for
agents to connect. Lab owners of agents running Java < 1.8 have been
contacted to upgrade Java before this maintenance starts.
