Projects are expected to have their document structure<http://docs.opnfv.org/en/latest/how-to-use-docs/documentation-guide.html#document-structure-and-contribution> in place. This also includes placeholder documents/templates which is found under opnfvdocs/docs/templates/ Note: New projects that intend to release documentation need to make sure that their project is added as a submodule<http://docs.opnfv.org/en/latest/how-to-use-docs/include-documentation.html#adding-your-project-repository-as-a-submodule> in order for the documentation to build.
