Thanks for the share, I am looking at the section below and i am wondering whether the part in bold could be removed to avoid un-necessary query from members of the various groups who were not contacted "offlist". IMHO i think in an environment like this, offlist contacting which does not really have its inputs publicly available to the working group should not necessarily be added
