I guess you mean the opsview-slave init script on the slave. I've edited the section you suggest, created the new nagios2 user on the master, and re-started the autossh tunnel on the slave. I've just issued a reload on the master after making this change and all went well. No errors in opsviewd.log and all is green in the monitoring servers section of the master GUI. Surely it can't be that simple, can it ?
