So to do this you change a config file, rather than changing the code. Open source is great - you can make a single line change to get things how you want. But a little peek at my life: we have to parameterize the value so the code is not changed unnecessarily, we take a responsibility that when you upgrade that this will continue to work, we have to add the documentation for this so people know that this feature exists. These are the standards we have to work with.
