Hi,
I'm running opsview 2.14 on Ubunty Hardy 8.04 OS.
I have several servers running Ubuntu Interprid 8.10 and Jaunty 9.04 which I
monitor with the simple services checks. However I wish to check for memory and
disk usage on those servers.
I'm struggling to find proper a documentation on what I need to install on
those servers to monitor - I don't need to install the whole opsview I know
that. I read that there is supposed to be an opsview-agent package for ubuntu
but I cannot see it using http://apt.opsview.org/opsview2/
Where can I find it? Do I only need to install the agent? Is the core or base
required? Any documentation would be grately apreciated.
I would also like to know when opsview 3 will be available for the later
distributions of Ubuntu as the latest one for Hardy 8.04 is a year old and we
can't even download the source for debian/ubuntu based OS!
Thanks
